This weekend to help survive the summer heat I caved and went on a search for some popsicle molds. The ones I grew up with were your standard popsicle shape, but it seems like any popsicle molds that have a normal shape have this weird in-handle straw thing that just weirds me out. Luckily I found these awesome rocket molds! I decided to make a childhood favorite, pudding pops. All you need is some pudding mix, a ancient mixing bowl from the 50's (you can use a new one or w/e but to each there own), the popsicle molds, and some milk, or in my case almond milk.
Then you just fill them up and stick them in the freezer for about 2 hours.
Tada! A beautiful and delicious summer treat. If you are having trouble releasing the popsicle from the mold just run it under some tap water for a bit until you see some air pockets form down the sides. It will come right out then.
